running a long ass ways

The trail marathon in question is http://www.curnowmarathon.com/

My goal is 6 hours.  We'll see about that.  I do my Chester loop daily (3.3ish, rather aggressive miles: http://runkeeper.com/user/59481260/route/3206511) at 10 minute miles as well as a loop out of downtown from the office (also, 3.something, also 10 minute miles: http://runkeeper.com/user/59481260/route/3181524)

that's pretty much the extent of my "training" aside from the occasional 7 miler.
